Born in Poland, and moving to Australia when she was only eleven, Lucille's love of cooking began at a young age. She still has fond memories of learning to prepare chrust with her grandmother in the family's farm kitchen where they would prepare the exquisite delight for special occassions.

Today Lucille is the owner of Lucille's Kitchen, a boutique bakery specialising in a range of gourmet european foods. Her signature product is “Crispy Snow Flakes”, the chrust that she learnt to make many years ago. Each biscuit is carefully hand crafted in a testament to Lucille's dedication to replicating the authentic tastes from her childhood.

We have based our business on family values and a commitment to our community and customers. At Lucille’s Kitchen we believe that our products should stir the emotions, it should be the “topping on the cake” effect.

Our crisp and delicous products are sold throughout Australia at a number of Gourmet Delis and now due to the large number of requests we now offer online ordering and we will courier directly to you!
